   Something changed and if I browse windows changing a size is non possible, just minimize or close.

   Im not in laptop fashion, I tried SFC Scannow multiple times.

   I can ship a video showing this problem. In the correct corner doesn even announced a double window icon only uncomplicated window icon. I can easilly resize any app or firefox . Just a simple window in browsing folders can exist ONLY MAXIMIZED. It cost me so much fourth dimension and Im in expressionless stop.

   Silly windows, how is possible, That this happends?

   I should never permit appearing.
