   I am having a weird issue since couple of days, whenever I try to open the Google app it opens for a second and then closes immediately. I tried clearing cache, force stopping app, uninstalling and re-installing it. Restarting the phone but still no luck. Can anyone help with it? Did not find much of help on google search and forum search.

   no fix so far, but to wait for google to release a new update. meanwhile post a review on Play store for Google app, so that they get attention.

   For the past 2 days, I've been unable to use the Google App on my OnePlus 3T because it keeps crashing the moment I open it. I've tried Force Stop, Disable, Clear Cache but nothing's working. Any workaround will be appreciated.

   same issue is happening to my one plus 5t also , assistant is also not working , I even factory reset then it worked for some days and then again problem started

   Started happening just this morning. I can't get it to work, did everything starting from clearing cache to clearing app data to reinstalling updates to app.
   Factory version of the app works fine but as soon as I update it to latest version it stops working.
   Weird thing is that the last update was on 20 Feb, and the app had been working fine since. And I didn't install any new app since yesterday that might have triggered this.

    As said, restore app to factory version. Disable automatic updates and wait for the fix to come from Google

    My google app doesn't open. Screem flashes after clicking the app. Tried clearing the cache and data both of the app as well as play services. still it doesn't work. Any help?

    Mine is doing the same thing. If I open the app, it opens, then immediately crashes to home screen. I can get in if I clear cache, but only one time. If I try to open the app later it crashes until I clear the app again.
